All of our products are vegan and cruelty free, and we only source from ingredients from companies that are certified vegan.

While we try to keep our products as natural as possible, we do not claim to be "all natural". We do use preservatives as needed, and in addition to essential oils and botanicals, we also use pthalate free fragrance oils. We also try to include as much organic content in our products as we can.

Yes, all of our products are gluten free.

We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. We ship using USPS and you should expect your orders to be delivered to your mailbox based on the current postal service guidelines. You will receive an email with tracking once your package ships.
If we are having a sale, it might take us a bit longer to get your order in the mail.

First, check your spam. If you still haven't received it, theres a good chance your email address is incorrect. Send us a message at hello@ollieandmaxsoapco.com and we will check on your tracking.

Sorry to heat that! But good news is almost all packages show up. Here's what you can do to help - please check with all members of your household - lots of times packages are brought in and forgotten about. Ask neighbors. Give your tracking number to your mail carrier, they can usually use GPS to find out where the package was left. If, after all this, you still don't have your package, you will have to file a mail theft claim with your local post office and police department, and please send us a copy of the affadavit.
