Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products and ongoing Covid concerns, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges. If you are in need of help with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order at hello@ollieandmaxsoapco.com. Your happiness is most important to us, and we are happy to help in any way we can.
Store credit - store credits are issued on the final cost of the product and do not include shipping costs.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you have provided us with the incorrect shipping address, your order may be returned to us. We do not refund shipping, but you can purchase new shipping to have your order shipped to the correct address. Always check your PayPal address to be sure it is up to date.
